I had a fantastic first experience at Naples Bay Dental Group! From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, organized, and truly on top of everything. Ronide, Iderle, and Ivonne were all wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. It was clear that the staff works very well together, and they made the entire appointment feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Dr. Li was the perfect combination of fun and professional. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease, and her friendly personality made an already positive experience even more enjoyable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept the atmosphere relaxed, and made the overall appointment genuinely enjoyable. For a first visit, I could not have asked for a better experience.
